Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every U.S. order.

We ship from Nebraska.

Subscription boxes usually go out in one batch each month. One-off shop orders (when the shop is open) ship after we pack them, typically within a few business days.

You get a tracking email when the label is created. Transit time after that is the carrier’s, not ours.

We ship to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes if the carrier will not deliver the box there. International is not offered at launch.

If a package comes back as undeliverable, we will email you. Reshipping may require a new shipping charge.

Sales tax is collected where the law requires it, including Nebraska.
